KIMI Workshop Safeguarding

Safety. Responsibility. Clear Structures.

Children and adolescents need safe spaces where boundaries are respected and there are clear guidelines on how to act. We support schools, clubs, and institutions in developing safeguarding policies and train internal safeguarding coordinators.

1. Safeguarding Framework

Establish structures. Identify risks. Clarify responsibilities.

A safeguarding framework is a comprehensive organizational process for preventing violence, bullying, and boundary violations.  It establishes binding standards, clear procedures, roles and responsibilities within an organization and strengthens safe interactions with children and teenagers in everyday life.

Contents

The development and creation of the framework or concept is individually tailored to the specific organization. Upon completion, the safeguarding concept is certified.

2. Safeguarding Contact Person (Trusted Person)

Confidence in daily practice. Clear in their role.
