Some of our employees are former top athletes or trainers themselves and know from their own experience the conditions that can promote abuse in sports. In addition to making the topic taboo, this also includes power relations and struggles in the organizations, the dependency and pressure for athletes to perform, as well as situations which make abuse easier, e.g. in the locker room.
We have made it our task to sensitize, educate and train everyone who can contribute to making sport safer.
